Bax, Pirmin and co. are investigating again - this time not only in Valais, but also in Bern. Alongside David Constantin and Dragan Vujic, this season also features the French-speaking Swiss comedy duo "Vincent et Vincent". The third season of the successful police comedy can be seen on SRF 1 and Play Suisse. "Tschugger" is a production of Shining Film and SRF.
No stone has been left unturned with the Valais Tschuggers. The police officers from the Upper Valais have merged with the Flics from the Lower Valais (played by the French-speaking Swiss comedy duo Vincent Kucholl and Vincent Veillon, among others). Bax (David Constantin) tries to build a new life for himself outside the Valais, which proves difficult. Pirmin (Dragan Vujic) enjoys being a parent with his wife Regina (Lena Furrer). But the past leaves no peace: a hidden will and two murders destroy the new-found peace and awaken the dormant criminal instincts in Bax and Pirmin. The two Tschuggers enlist the help of an old colleague to solve the case. And of course there is also a reunion with the ambitious rapper Valmira (Annalena Miano) and her manager Juni (Arsène Junior Page) - Valmira finally wants to take the next step in her career.
Producer Sophie Toth from Zurich-based Shining Film is also producing seasons 3 and 4 - with a largely tried-and-tested crew. David Constantin plays the lead role and directs together with Johannes Bachmann, supported by Rafael Kistler behind the camera.
David Constantin and Mats Frey act as creators. The scripts were developed in SRF's Writer's Room under the direction of David Constantin and Johannes Bachmann and the authors Jelena Vujović, Fiona Schreier, Pascal Glatz, Christian Wehrlin and Arnold H. Bucher, supported by Rafael Kistler and Mats Frey. In addition to David Constantin, Dragan Vujic and Anna Rossinelli, the cast also includes a reunion with Cédric Schild. And the comedy duo Vincent Kucholl and Vincent Veillon, known as "Vincent et Vincent", can be seen in the Lower Valais Flics.
