Samcam

On behalf of SAMCAM FILM GmbH, we were commissioned to shoot the drone footage in Switzerland for the Spanish feature film “La Fiera.”

Filming took place in the spectacular gorge near Walenstadt, on a route called “The Crack.” We used our Hashtag#Inspire3, flown by our pilot Gabriel Perren, with Samuel Gyger as camera operator.
In just two days, with a small, well-coordinated crew, we captured both classic drone footage and dynamic FPV/racing drone shots—providing precise establishing shots for the VFX team. The drones were flown as close and realistically as possible through the narrow gorge to achieve maximum immersion. Safety was ensured by experienced mountain guides and wingsuit pilots—though no one actually jumped during filming; these sequences were then meticulously integrated in post-production.
