The “Gran Becca” course is looking its best.
With its starting elevation of 3,720 meters above sea level, it is the highest-altitude race course in the entire Ski World Cup. “Gran Becca” also pushes boundaries because the athletes give it their all from Switzerland all the way to the finish line in Italy—across 3.7 km over the glacier and between rocks, with an elevation difference of 885 m! Gliding sections alternate with large, fast downhill turns and technically demanding sections, and the mix of natural and artificial snow adds an extra challenge.
