Bodmer Open Air

The Bodmer OpenAir is a true hidden gem among Valais festivals. Situated at an altitude of nearly 2,000 meters, it offers a breathtaking view of the Rhône Valley and the surrounding mountains. Every year, the festival in Bodmen, above Visperterminen, attracts around 3,000 visitors.

Concept and Execution

At the Bodmer OpenAir, we use a total of six cameras to capture the concerts in the best possible way. These include a wide shot, a close-up of the front row, a camera in the orchestra pit, as well as a dolly and a camera crane. The concert recordings serve not only as mementos but also as a source of fresh promotional material for the festival. The screens mounted on the sides ensure that the audience can experience the concert even more intensely.
