Street field hockey is a team sport and an off-ice variant of ice hockey. Ball field hockey is very similar to ice hockey, except that the game is played on foot on an uncovered surface. The players have different equipment and an orange ball is used instead of a field hockey puck. This year, the world champion in street field hockey was sought in Valais. Over 50 games took place over 9 days in the Lonza Arena in Visp, produced by brutal güet as host broadcaster.
Most of the games were produced with a 4-camera set-up. The manned lead camera and orbiter camera were supplemented by two fixed camera set-ups behind the goals. In addition to the control room, a replay machine was also used in the OB van, which was able to slow down the 4 camera shots. The final matches were also produced with 2 additional shoulder cameras on the
produced on the boards. The matches were commentated by 2 commentators; in English and in the language of the visiting team.
