FIS Cross-Country World Cup Stadium TV
From January 26 to 28, 2024, the international cross-country skiing elite gathered at the Goms Nordic Center. During three World Cup days, 200 athletes competed in five competitions. Guaranteed snow, challenging courses and modern infrastructure guarantee unforgettable competitions. The host broadcaster of the Cross-Country World Cup in Goms was Swiss Radio and Television. Thanks to the excellent organization, the event was a complete success for the destination and the whole of Valais.
Concept and implementation
Two large LED screens were used to make the action even more tangible for the spectators in the stands. The host broadcaster's program was supplemented with exciting interviews and fan pictures during the commercial breaks. The fan pictures provided entertainment for the spectators, while the interviews with personalities such as former athletes Dario Cologna and Swiss-Ski President Urs Lehmann provided exciting insights.
